WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
Tried it on and didn’t love it? Any items(s) purchased online that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned by mail. This includes Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts.
EXCLUSIONS: We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with an online purchase and are not required.
Problem with your order? If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, email us at info@behrbras so we can make it right at no charge to you.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Behr Bras pays for all shipping from Behr Bras to the Customer – this includes initial orders and exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs back to Behr Bras – this includes returns and exchanges.
RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL:
Complete the Exchange and/or Return Form. You can print a copy of the form “HERE”. You may need to access order details within your online order history to complete this form. For products received as a gift, returns and store credit are available.
Place your item(s) and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package, removing/covering any labels. If desired, you may reuse your original packaging.
Drop your package off at an authorized UPS or USPS location. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mailed it back to receive and process your return/exchange.
